Support Options

Clients can purchase a Support Plan (paid upfront, response time is 1-2 days, email-based, discounted rates) or On Demand Support (deposit paid upfront, balance paid on completion, work handled when comes in). 

Prepaid Support Customers

If you have already purchased a Support Plan or On Demand Support, you can email us at support (at) ifpeople.net.  In your email, please be as detailed as possible in your description of the problem and include steps to reproduce.  For an detailed overview of the support process please click here.

If you do not have a plan and would like personal assistance from ifPeople, please review the prepaid and on-demand options available. Tickets filed without a current support plan cannot be serviced.
