On Demand Support
On Demand support provides immediate help for your needs. Please call our office first to make sure we are available to service your support request. A deposit of 2 hours ($300) is required to initiate an On Demand support ticket. The balance is billed on completion.
On Demand, or our "drop everything" service, is available for those clients who have to have help right away. If we are available to help, we will do so. Please call our office or contact us by email to ensure someone can handle your ticket. If so, you will need to pay a deposit of 2 hours to initiate the service ($300). The balance will be billed when the support issue is resolved.
